I am Fr. Paul Sunday Okewu, a Catholic priest currently on sabbatical and dedicated to using my gifts in writing, storytelling, pastoral care, and digital creativity to inspire, educate, and support people around the world. My life and ministry have been shaped by compassion, service, and a deep desire to bring hope where it is needed most. Over the years, I have served at Holy Family Catholic Church, Barnawa, a vibrant parish with diverse families and people blessed with abundance. My ministry extends beyond preaching—into counseling, charitable outreach, guiding families, and supporting those facing hardship, including patients battling cancer and people affected by the challenges of life in Nigeria. I have walked closely with individuals in pain, including cancer patients like Julie and Jude, helping them find comfort, support, and financial assistance for treatment. I am also passionate about creative storytelling, especially retelling the lives of Catholic saints and biblical stories in a modern, cinematic, simple, and inspiring way. This passion recently led me to begin building a YouTube channel dedicated to sharing these powerful stories in a fresh, meaningful, and relatable format. Beyond ministry, I am developing professionally as a writer, content creator, and digital entrepreneur. My digital brand, SkyblueInspiration, focuses on motivation, spirituality, personal development, and modern reflections for everyday people. I also run WordPress and Shopify platforms, expanding my side hustle into AI & Tech tools recommendations, blogging, and freelance writing. I am currently building my portfolio in: Freelance writing Content creation Social media management Graphic design (with Canva) AI-powered creative tools Story-based messaging for churches, nonprofits, and businesses As a writer, I love blending spiritual depth with clarity, adding illustrations and modern examples that touch the heart. My mission is simple: to inspire, to uplift, and to communicate truth with beauty and simplicity. At every stage of my journey—priest, writer, caregiver, creator, and storyteller—my guiding principles remain: compassion, excellence, authenticity, and service.
